Not only did they retrieve my lost bracelet promptly, but the heating in the room was perfect for the chilly evenings. The dressing area was an elegant touch, and the complimentary high-quality toiletries added a luxurious feel. The flat-screen TV and plush carpeted floors made it a truly indulgent experience. With its convenient proximity to La Dolce Vita and other top restaurants, Les Ecrins surpassed all my expectations, ensuring a memorable and delightful stay.
